About Madmystery Concrete and How Referrals Work

What Madmystery Concrete Is
Madmystery Concrete is a referral service for homeowners. It is not a contractor. It helps people who are facing a first big concrete project, like a new driveway or a stamped patio, find independent local providers who do that kind of work.
Why This Service Exists
Say you decide to replace your cracked drive. You search online and find a long list of names. Every page sounds the same. You do not know what a fair question sounds like, or what a normal answer looks like. Plenty of first-timers feel stuck right there.
Madmystery Concrete exists to make that first step less confusing. Plain answers first, then a connection to a real local provider.
How Matching Works
You send a request or make a call. You tell us what you want done, roughly where, and what kind of surface you have in mind. Madmystery Concrete then points you toward a provider in our network who handles that kind of job in your area. The provider contacts you, asks questions and explains their own process and pricing.
Provider availability varies. Some can respond quickly. Others may be booked for a while. Request a callback to check provider availability if timing matters to you.
What We Ask of Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Be honest about what a job needs
- Give a written quote before work starts
- Hold any licenses or permits that local rules require
- Treat homeowners with respect on the phone and on site
The provider is responsible for their own work, their own insurance and their own paperwork. Madmystery Concrete does not hold licenses on their behalf.
What Madmystery Concrete Does Not Do
Madmystery Concrete does not pour, stamp, cut, seal or finish concrete. It does not send its own workers to your home. It does not set prices, and it does not promise how fast a provider can arrive. Any agreement about scope, price and schedule is between you and the provider you choose.
Care After the Pour
Our focus runs past the pour. New concrete stays sound longer when it is cared for. Sealing at the right time, keeping water moving away from slabs and being gentle with de-icing products all help. Pour it, then protect it. Ask any provider what they suggest for your slab, and follow it.
How Madmystery Concrete Is Paid
Homeowners are not charged by Madmystery Concrete for sending a request. Providers in the network may pay a referral fee when they receive a homeowner contact. That fee does not change what you are quoted for the work, and you are never required to hire anyone.
