Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Madmystery Concrete wants madmystery.garden to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What We Aim For
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support accessibility, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page order
- Give meaningful images text descriptions
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Make the whole site workable with a keyboard alone
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and desktop screens
- Use plain, everyday language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Content from outside sources, such as embedded tools, may be beyond our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If a part of this site is hard to use, you have other options. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@madmystery.garden and we will do what we can to help.
Tell Us What You Found
We welcome feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@madmystery.garden and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What went wrong and what you expected instead
- The browser, device or assistive technology you use, if you know it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Always Improving
Accessibility is never finished. We will keep it in mind each time we update the site.
