How Our Network Works for Homeowners

Who You Talk To
There are no staff profiles on this site, and that is on purpose. Madmystery Concrete is a referral service. The person you speak with about your project is an independent provider from our network. They run their own concrete business and they are the ones who would do the work.
What Happens on the First Conversation
Say you send a request about a new driveway. A provider reaches out. They may ask about the size of the area, what is there now and what finish you want. They may suggest a visit to look at the site. Expect a few plain questions, not a hard sell.
Provider schedules differ, so ask early about timing. Request a callback to check provider availability if you want to start with a conversation.
Questions Worth Asking
First-timers often wonder what to say. Here is a short list you can use:
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- Can I have the quote in writing, with the scope listed?
- How will the base be prepared, and how thick will the slab be?
- Where will control joints go, and why?
- When can I walk on it, and when can I drive on it?
- What care do you suggest after it cures, including sealing?
- Who do I contact if something looks wrong later?
Watch for the Basics
If you see cracks along a house wall or settling near the foundation, mention it. That can be a different trade, and foundation repair experts are separate from flatwork providers. A good provider will say so plainly instead of pouring over a bigger problem.
You Are in Control
You choose whether to speak with one provider or several. You can say no to any quote. You can ask for time. Madmystery Concrete does not pressure you, and the final agreement is only between you and the provider.
