Site Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use madmystery.garden. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Referral Service Only

Madmystery Concrete provides referral and marketing services. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete, and we do no construction work of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Madmystery Concrete.

No Endorsement, No Promises

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area when you need one. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance and conduct.

Information Is General

What you read here is general information. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, weather and local rules differ from one property to the next, so talk with a qualified provider about your own project.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, the location, the materials, the site conditions and the design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.

Permits, HOAs and Codes

What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.

Safety Around Concrete Work

Concrete jobs involve heavy equipment, digging and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Madmystery Concrete may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.

Accuracy of the Content

We try to keep the information on this site correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or accurate in every detail.
